- Dedicated line for SMT (Surface mounting technology). Our fully automatic line consists of Paste mixer, Stencil Checker, Loader, Automatic Printers, High speed Pick and Place machine, Reflow oven, in-line AOI machine, and unloader. In addition, we have printer, pick and place machines of various speed and size to match customer requirements.
